Shipping policy

General Information

Vihan Grocery we aims to deliver fresh, authentic Indian groceries to your doorstep with care and efficiency. All orders are subject to product availability. In the rare case that an item is unavailable, you will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued using your original method of payment.

Delivery Location & Time

We currently deliver across Portugal. Shipping to other European countries may be introduced in future phases, stay tuned!

Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive an estimated delivery timeframe. Please note:

Delivery estimates begin from the shipment date, not the order date.
Deliveries are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays.

Under normal conditions, we strive to deliver your order within 2 to 5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, the chosen delivery method, and the specific items in your order. Some items may be delivered separately if packed in different shipments.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery location. To view your exact shipping fee:

1.    Add your items to the cart.

2.    Proceed to checkout.

3.    The total shipping charge will be displayed before payment.

For remote regions or oversized items, additional charges may apply. These will also be shown at checkout.

Free shipping may be available as part of promotional offers or seasonal campaigns, as clearly stated on the offer page.

Damaged Items In Transit

We take every precaution to pack and deliver your items safely. However, if your package appears damaged upon delivery, please contact us immediately at vihangrocery@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item.
